Theresa did a fantastic job with the purchase of our home 10 yrs ago and the sell of our home last month. Tbe real estate industry in general needs to improve the sell and purchase inits totality, but she was great and my wife and I enjoyed her attentiveness in both processes.

I was treated very well by Robby and Theresa Almogabar's Team (Including April) I simply told them that I wanted a home and they basically did everything for me to make it happen. They also gave me an education on home buying: They are kind, patient, and professional. Today I live in a new home thanks to Robby and Theresa Almogabar and Team member April. If I sell or buy another home, I'm calling Robby and Theresa Almogabar!

Josie Wheeler and Robby Almogabar were an outstanding team to work with! During the home searching process, they asked all the right questions to narrow down the type of home we were looking for. When we found the right home, they were responsive and knowledgeable with any questions we had during the closing process. I would absolutely work with them again!

Outstanding experience working with The Almogabar Team. Robbie Almogabar and Josie Wheeler did an amazing job keeping my house buying process smooth and moving through multiple natural disasters which caused unforeseen delays and kept me well informed. They both worked diligently to assist my family in seeing property while I am working out-of-state via videos and pictures as well as making time for some family members in-state to view property on my behalf. Robbie and Josie were extremely professional, personable and accommodating throughout. I highly recommend working with The Almogabar Team if you are considering buying a home!

Theresa Almagabar is a consummate professional. She led me through the process of preparing my home for sale, pricing the home and negotiating the sale, and the closing. Theresa communicated with me throughout and was always available to discuss any questions I had. The marketing that was done by the Almagobar group was truly exceptional. The photos and video presentation along with the many open houses were top tier. This group works extremely hard from beginning to end.
